Norman Mackie & Associates Ltd, offer the following qualifications through a combination of ICT 'e'-learning delivery model and 1:1 mentoring.

The awarding body for the Learning & Development, Management and Supported Employment awards is OCR (Oxford, Cambridge and RSA examinations).

Selecting the right qualification

It's important that you choose the right award commensurate with your current job role. You can obtain further information by clicking on each award above.

When you have selected the award you wish to undertake, please complete the online application form by clicking on the red button at the top of this page or click the link at the bottom of the description of the award.

When you have completed the online application and been accepted on your chosen programme, your organisation will be sent an appropriate payment invoice.

Upon receipt of payment you will;

* Be given an individual learning account inclusive of a unique pin number and password. You will be able to access this account from any computer with access to the Internet

* Be allocated a personal tutor/assessor who will guide you through your award

* Be given a learning and assessment schedule, which will give you target dates for the completion of your award

* Have access to learning and support materials

* Be able to network with other candidates undertaking the awards through the candidate’s forum and chat room

Supported Employment


Supported Employment
We have two awards available in Supported Employment, The Certificate and Diploma;

A Certificate in Supported Employment is aimed at providing learning opportunities and qualifications for individuals who have fairly recently started working in organisations who provide employment services or are seeking to set up such services.

A Diploma in Supported Employment is aimed at developing the knowledge and skills of staff that already work in Supported Employment agencies or have a senior role in Developing Supported Employment and wish to gain a formal qualification.
